LaurenConrad.com's Gift Guide 2015
We are so proud and excited to announce we made Lauren Conrad's 2015 Gift Guide as #7!
Today’s gift guide is one we’ve never done on the site before… And one we’re quite excited about! All of us on Team LC are obsessed with everything that has to do with celebrating: Whether it’s throwing a dinner party, hosting a girls’ night in, or creating new cocktail recipes, we rise to the occasion. And speaking of cocktail recipes, we truly value a beautifully stocked bar cart (or bar area in your home) when we see one. So today, we’ve put together a gift guide that’s perfect for your favorite amateur bartender or life of the party. And, let’s be honest… We may have even put some of these items on our own holiday wish list too.
Without further ado, here are 12 gorgeous gifts for the cocktail connoisseur in your life…
1. Threshold Gold Bar Cart, $129.99
It’s a given that every cocktail connoisseur needs a bar cart in her home. This one may be a splurge, but it is a gift that will be remembered for years to come.
2. Kate Spade Acrylic and Gold Dot Ice Bucket, $54
…And to go on that bar cart, one would definitely need an adorable ice bucket. The gold polka dots are just the icing on the cake.
3. Chez Elle Booze Decanter, $54
This pretty “booze” decanter is a great gift to give any friend, even if they don’t have a bar cart or a bar area in their home. Our only suggestion? Grab a bottle of their favorite spirit to go along with it!
4. Mixed Vintage Shot Glasses, $59.99
In case you couldn’t tell, there’s a bit of a gold and white theme going on here. Which, in our opinion, is the perfect color scheme for the holidays. Gift these vintage shot glasses to your favorite party animal just in time for New Year’s Eve celebrations.
5. Sabre Gold Glitter Striped Bottle Opener, $25
Not all bottle openers are created equal. This one wins for cutest of them all.
6. Elderflower & Rose Presse, $10
This delicately flavored natural soda will give your gin & tonics and vodka sodas the perfect dose of elderflower and rose petals. Plus, it’s a pretty bottle to display just about anywhere in the home.
7. Mapleton Drive Gold-Rimmed Agate Coasters, $99
2015 is the year of the agate—we’ve been seeing these pretty open-faced gemstones everywhere lately! Bright colored agate coasters like these Mapleton Drive ones above are a great way to experiment with this home décor trend, and they will add the perfect pop of color to any tabletop.
8. Animal Drink Stirrers, $22
We may have already put a few sets of these too-cute drink stirrers in our shopping cart! They make for great stocking stuffers or additions to your already perfect gift.
9. Edible Cornflowers, $12
Have you ever had a drink adorned with edible flowers floating on top? Enough said.
10. The Cocktail Club: A Year of Recipes and Tips for Spirited Tasting Parties Hardcover Book, $22.50
Pinterest is great and all, but there’s something special about receiving a good old-fashioned book. This one comes with gorgeous photos and delicious cocktail recipes. Win-win.
11. Moscow Mule Mug, $16.95
So, we may have been a bit biased when we put this one on our gift guide (Team LC is Moscow Mule obsessed), but there’s no denying that these iconic copper cups make for great gifts. Get your mule-lover-friend an entire set so that they can serve their guests the next time they host a happy hour!
12. Soda Fountain Straws, $6
…Because no hostess can ever have enough paper straws. Right?
Now the real question is…
Which of these items are you going to get for your favorite party animal?
