Strawberry, Lime, Cucumber and Mint Water from Back to Her Roots

"For now, I’m getting my fill of fun, flavorful drinks by consuming a ton of naturally-flavored waters. I know, I know. You can buy flavored waters (both regular and sparkling) at the grocery store for almost nothing, and it’s so much easier than making your own. You’re right, it is so much more convenient to just snag a bottle or two off the shelf, but I love being able to customize my own combinations. I love knowing exactly what I’m drinking. And I love seeing this beautiful jar of deliciousness sitting in the fridge. It’s like a work of art!"

Skinny Avocado Pizza from Little Broken

"I love, love avocados and find every way I can to incorporate more of them into my dishes. Have you tried the avocado eggrolls  with the most amazing dipping sauce at Cheesecake Factory? Avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and cilantro stuffed in a crispy won ton wrapper,  served with tamarind-cashew dipping sauce. They are to die for! That’s where the inspiration for my pizza came from as I wanted to incorporate similar flavors of the eggrolls but also use a lighter approach with this dish."

Apple Cinnamon Detox Water from Confessions of an Overworked Mom

"Detox water recipes with apple are beneficial to you for a number of reasons. Apples contain pectin and pectin will bond to the heavy metals in your system which lets them be flushed from your body more easily which in turn helps your liver. Apples also contain antioxidants and flavanoids like Vitamins C and B Complex. To make this detox water even healthier, I’ve added cinnamon to it. Cinnamon is super healthy and helps balance your blood sugar. It’s also an antioxidant and I can always use more of  those."
